Fix “Your changes could not be saved because of a sharing violation” excel

Khi sử dụng excel thỉnh thoảng bạn sẽ không save được vì nhận thông báo lỗi “Your changes could not be saved because of a sharing violation” và excel bắt bạn phải lưu sang file mới điều nay gây rất nhiều bất tiện. Lỗi này có thể do nhiều nguyên nhân chẳng bạn đang dùng excel excel 2007, 2010,.. (.xlsx) để mở excel 2003 (.xls), user không có quyên full control trên file excel đang mở, Excel file is not allowed to get indexed, The Sharing Wizard is Turned Off…

Dưới đây là một số cách để khắc phục lỗi “Your changes could not be saved because of a sharing violation” trên excel:

Cách 1: Permit Excel File to Get Indexed – Cho phép excel lấy indexed

Click phải chuột vào thư mục chứa file excel -> chọn Property -> chọn Advanced -> check vào Allow files in this folder to have content indexed in addition to file properties -> OK.

Cách 2: Enable the Sharing Wizard

Nhấn phím Windows + R để mở RUN -> gõ vào Control folders -> enter

Chọn tab View -> check vào use sharing wizard (recommended) -> OK

Cách 3: Thiết lập cho user có quyền Full control trên trên file excel bị lỗi.

Click phải chuột vào thư mục chứa file excel bị lỗi -> chọn Property -> chọn Tab security -> chọn Edit -> chọn group users -> check vào Full control -> Apply -> OK.

Cách 3: save as file excel .xls sang .xlsx

Nếu file excel đang dạng .xls của excel 2003 ta nên chuyên sang định dạng .xlsx để tương tương thích với excel phiên bản mới, chuyển sang .xlsx bằng cách save as.

Chọn menu File -> chọn Save as -> save as type: chọn excel workbook (.xlsx)
